ARIH1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARIH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,067 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARIH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPN9, NPTN, and COPS2. Each is linked with ARIH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARIH1-to-partner and partner-to-ARIH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARIH1 versus PTPN9 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARIH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARIH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
