Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARID5B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARID5B data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ARID5B Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARID5B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where ARID5B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
