ARID5B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARID5B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 325 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID5B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARMH2, PRR27, and CST11. Each is linked with ARID5B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID5B-to-partner and partner-to-ARID5B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARMH2 grouped by ARID5B-low versus ARID5B-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID5B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID5B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
