ARID4B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eIF4G, and FoxM1. Each is linked with ARID4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID4B-to-partner and partner-to-ARID4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ARID4B-low versus ARID4B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
