Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARID3A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARID3A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARID3A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARID3A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LUAD, and ACC are the cancer types where ARID3A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
