ARID3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,898 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAGL2, ARID3B, and TM9SF4. Each is linked with ARID3A in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID3A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARID3A versus PLAGL2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
