ARID3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-444P, RNU7-60P, and RN7SKP245. Each is linked with ARID3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID3A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-444P grouped by ARID3A-low versus ARID3A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
