ARID3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARID3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM51, OR1E1, and SCGB1C1. Each is linked with ARID3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID3A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM51 grouped by ARID3A-low versus ARID3A-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
