ARID1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARID1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARID1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCD2, NDUFS2, and ZNF200. Each is linked with ARID1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARID1A-to-partner and partner-to-ARID1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCD2 grouped by ARID1A-low versus ARID1A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARID1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARID1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
