Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF9 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 171 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGEF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are BMP15, RAG2, and ZNF669. Each is linked with ARHGEF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF9-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BMP15 grouped by ARHGEF9-low versus ARHGEF9-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
