Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF9-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGEF9-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ARHGEF9-IT1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF9-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and DLBC are the cancer types where ARHGEF9-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
