Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF7 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher ARHGEF7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, UCEC, and READ are the cancer types where ARHGEF7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
