ARHGEF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,365 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXD, CUL4A, and NID1. Each is linked with ARHGEF7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF7-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF7 versus NAXD in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
