ARHGEF7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,791 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLN5, TUBGCP3, and ERCC5. Each is linked with ARHGEF7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF7-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF7 versus CLN5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
