ARHGEF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,539 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTLP18, GRPEL1, and CENPU. Each is linked with ARHGEF7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF7-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTLP18 grouped by ARHGEF7-low versus ARHGEF7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
