Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,461 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Positive regulation of lamellipodium morphogenesis, and Regulation of RNA stability. Each is linked with ARHGEF7 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF7-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF7 results are reported.
