Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher ARHGEF6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
READ, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARHGEF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
