ARHGEF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,686 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS13B, TAOK3, and FCHSD2. Each is linked with ARHGEF6 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF6-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF6 versus VPS13B in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
