ARHGEF6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,547 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PREX1, ARHGEF6_S684, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with ARHGEF6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF6-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF6 versus PREX1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
