ARHGEF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 996 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RETNLB, PYURF, and PBOV1. Each is linked with ARHGEF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF5-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RETNLB grouped by ARHGEF5-low versus ARHGEF5-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
