ARHGEF38

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,724 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF38-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF38-IT1, CAPN13, and SMIM31. Each is linked with ARHGEF38 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF38-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF38 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF38 versus ARHGEF38-IT1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF38→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
