Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF33 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF33 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ARHGEF33 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF33 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.

SCLC are the cancer types where ARHGEF33 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
