Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF3 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ARHGEF3 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and OV show a favorable association.
HNSC, OV, and LUAD are the cancer types where ARHGEF3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
