ARHGEF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,043 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1G, APOL3, and PALD1. Each is linked with ARHGEF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF3-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF3 versus MYO1G in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
