ARHGEF3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,794 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGEF3-AS1, SPATA12, and GABRE. Each is linked with ARHGEF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF3-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF3 versus ARHGEF3-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
