ARHGEF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-62P, CWC25, and PIGW. Each is linked with ARHGEF3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF3-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-62P grouped by ARHGEF3-low versus ARHGEF3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
