Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARHGEF3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ARHGEF3-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

LUAD, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where ARHGEF3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
