Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,787 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL44, NCAPH, and JPT1. Each is linked with ARHGEF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF2-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF2 results are reported.
