ARHGEF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PCNA, and Bak. Each is linked with ARHGEF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF2-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by ARHGEF2-low versus ARHGEF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
