Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,404 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGEF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to osmotic stress, Negative regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to osmotic stress, and Modulation of microtubule cytoskeleton involved in cerebral cortex radial glia guided migration. Each is linked with ARHGEF2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF2-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in response to osmotic stress grouped by ARHGEF2-low versus ARHGEF2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
