Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,742 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGEF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDH2, SLC8A1-AS1, and RNA5SP82. Each is linked with ARHGEF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF19-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF19 versus IDH2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
