Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,216 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with ARHGEF19 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF19-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF19 results are reported.
