ARHGEF19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF19-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, C20orf85, and IL22. Each is linked with ARHGEF19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF19-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by ARHGEF19-low versus ARHGEF19-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF19→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
