Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF18 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF18 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher ARHGEF18 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF18 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARHGEF18 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
