ARHGEF18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,395 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF18-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL16, ELP5, and EIF1AX. Each is linked with ARHGEF18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF18-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL16 grouped by ARHGEF18-low versus ARHGEF18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
