Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,511 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with ARHGEF18 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF18-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF18 results are reported.
