ARHGEF17

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,241 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are EDNRA, LMOD1, and TIMP3. Each is linked with ARHGEF17 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF17-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF17 versus EDNRA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
