ARHGEF17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF17-associated genes across cancer lineages are Lck, MSH2, and MSH6. Each is linked with ARHGEF17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF17-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Lck grouped by ARHGEF17-low versus ARHGEF17-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF17→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
