Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,926 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Regulation of intracellular transport, and Regulation of actomyosin structure organization. Each is linked with ARHGEF17 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF17-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF17 results are reported.
