Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF16 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF16 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher ARHGEF16 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LGG, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where ARHGEF16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
