The most reproducible ARHGEF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRG1L, PAFAH2, and ICMT. Each is linked with ARHGEF16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF16-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF16 results are reported.
