Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,434 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARHGEF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPRG1L, PAFAH2, and ICMT. Each is linked with ARHGEF16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF16-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF16 versus TPRG1L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
