ARHGEF16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,427 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELMO1-AS1, KCTD9, and TLE6. Each is linked with ARHGEF16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF16-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELMO1-AS1 grouped by ARHGEF16-low versus ARHGEF16-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
