ARHGEF16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 234 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF16-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPRM1, TEX13A, and S100G. Each is linked with ARHGEF16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF16-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPRM1 grouped by ARHGEF16-low versus ARHGEF16-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF16→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
