ARHGEF15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,733 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMRN2, NID1, and PLVAP. Each is linked with ARHGEF15 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF15-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
