ARHGEF15

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWF, MMRN2, and CDH5. Each is linked with ARHGEF15 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF15-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
