ARHGEF12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,148 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF12-associated genes across cancer lineages are KBTBD3, THEMIS2, and ARHGAP32. Each is linked with ARHGEF12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF12-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
