ARHGEF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,810 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, GATAD2B, and PARP1. Each is linked with ARHGEF11 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF11-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF11 versus RPRD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
