ARHGEF11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARHGEF11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,578 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMOC2, FAM20B, and ETV3. Each is linked with ARHGEF11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF11-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARHGEF11 versus SMOC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARHGEF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARHGEF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
