Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARHGEF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,805 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARHGEF11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Vacuole organization. Each is linked with ARHGEF11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARHGEF11-to-partner and partner-to-ARHGEF11 results are reported.
