Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARHGEF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARHGEF1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher ARHGEF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARHGEF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
SCLC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where ARHGEF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
